We aim to process all payments the same working day we receive them. Although, on some occasions, additional compliance checks can cause further delays.
Important change to paying in by bank transfer.
At Pockit, we’re always making changes to help improve your experience with us.
We are now migrating our customers to a new system.
Please note this doesn't apply to people who joined before June 2015 (more below).
To pay in by Bank Transfer using your main bank account, you will need the details of your Pockit account including sort code, account number which can be found in your Pockit online account.
If you joined before June 2015 you will need to use our common account details (63428524, 20-59-42) quoting our 9-digit reference number for us to apply your deposit. This is very important.
If you joined after June 2015 please use your unique account number and sort code we’ve issued you (there’s no need to quote your 9-digit reference number). This makes paying in faster, easier, and, of course, it’s still absolutely free!
Your account will have sort code 233272.
Please note that bank transfers (BACS) can take up to 3 working days.
Be sure to tell your employer or payer about using your unique account number and sort code if you have already been migrated. And, remember, you can still pay in by debit card and with cash at your local PayPoint for just 99p.
To find your unique account number and sort code, log in and go to 'BACS Transfer Details' at the bottom of your screen.
We will migrate all our customers by December 2017.
