As soon as you realise your card is lost or stolen, please log into your account online or via the Pockit app and block the card. You can also call us on 020 3322 9170 and we will cancel your Pockit card. After you have cancelled it, we will issue you with a new Pockit card. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
