How do I access my Pockit account?

You can access your personal account online. To log in, simply click the ‘Log In’ button on the Pockit website and enter your email address, password and security answer that you set up. You can change this email or password once you have logged in by clicking ‘Settings’ on the menu. To change your security answer please contact us.  

Once you have logged into your online account you will be able to: 

  • Check your balance, transactions and cashback. 
  • Make deposits and move money from your account (full limit only). 
  • View and download your statements. 
  • Manage your settings. 
  • Request and manage additional cards (full limit only). 

Additional Cardholders can manage their money online but do not have access to the main account.
