You can update your address through the Pockit app or on the website.
- App - log in to the app, go to the 'Account' screen and tap 'Profile'. Next to the 'Address' section you'll see an 'Update' button. Tap 'Update' and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Website - log in to your account, click on your initials in the top right-hand corner and click 'Settings'. Scroll down to the section that says 'To change your personal details click here'. Follow the link and you will be prompted to complete a short form to create a Customer Services ticket. Our Customer Service team will then be in touch.
